We had a wonderful time seeing your beautiful country, despite the change of plans due to the winds. Captain your sailing skills made us feel safe through the high and heavy waves. Kat, thank you for your gentle communication and calming of our apprehension. And of course chef…. You made it special with each meal. From the preparation to the presentation everything was delicious!! We now have some favorite recipes to enjoy when we return home!!

What a week on the beautiful Babalu!! It far exceeded our expectations and it was an experience we will never forget. Niko, thank you for being such an amazing captain and for all the time you spent tubing and skiing with us. Nenetta, your food was incredible – you took us on a culinary tour and not just a sailing trip. Susana, thank you for keeping Babalu so beautiful for us, and for always being there to help us out with whatever were doing never without a smile. Action packed days on crystal blue waters, great swims, laughs and fun. We cannot wait to be back! We will miss you Babalu and fantastic crew,

Thank you for a wonderful experience. We had 3 generations on board and everyone of us truly enjoyed our trip to Greece, sailing and exploring the Greek islands with you. I will be forever thankful that we saw both Monemvasia & Hydra – the true Greece! Captain knew just where to sail is everyday for swimming in the cleanest bays. Akis- your moussaka will remain a favorite dish. You cared for all of us so lovingly, making sure we were relaxed, fresh and ready to go each day. Nova is lucky to have you! This will certainly be a trip for all of us to remember for many many years to come. We are very thankful for allowing us all to experience Greece with you! Best of luck to the Nova crew! Wishing you many more awesome of smooth sailing ahead!

BEST TRIP EVER!!

Our first week on a sailboat as a family! ? A big adventure for us and we were very excited upfront!
We had a fantastic week. Captain sailed with us to wonderful, lovely bays, we anchored always safely and could sleep like babies ? no waves, and no winds, he was doing a great job hiding the boat at a calm spot overnight or during the day for sight-seeing, swimming. On our way we learned a lot about sailing, anchoring, navigating. Thank you! We loved Serifos, beautiful hike with the kids! Also Poros, wonderful! And then-next to great sailing days we were eating and hosted like VIP’s. Chef was doing magic and art in the kitchen. Not only was the food delicious, it also was presented in a very lovely and artistic way. You truly can see and taste: Chef is cooking with her heart and soul! Thank you! We could experience a very memorable week thank to the effort, professionalism and care of both! We hope… to be continued ?

Thank you for the best vacation the four of us have never experienced! Greece is beautiful, but would only be have as nice without your knowledge and hospitality!! ? You both became fast friends and we will miss you!! Just kidding! Loved your stories and dingy trips Captain!!
